Volunteers working together in the community

Give Back. Make an Impact.

Volunteer With Us

Whether you are a doctor, teacher, farmer, designer, or simply someone with a willing heart — your skills can change lives. Join the Badu-Schandorf Foundation and help us build stronger communities.

Why It Matters

Your Time Is One of the Most Powerful Gifts You Can Give

At the Badu-Schandorf Foundation, we believe that meaningful change happens when people with diverse talents come together around a shared purpose. We do not just need donations — we need people.

From a few hours a week to a long-term commitment, every contribution — no matter how small — creates ripples that reach far beyond what any one person can see. Our volunteers work alongside communities in the United States and Ghana, bringing skills, compassion, and energy to programs that truly need them.

No skill is too small. No act of service is too ordinary. Every hand that reaches out lifts a community.
